Context:

Cubesats are miniature, lightweight satellites for space research for which framesare manufactured from aluminum. Cubesats are of high value, but produced at a low volume and highly customized. For this reason, additive manufacturing is the most suitable means of production for bespoke production of cubesats as it also allows   for   increased complexity, lighter materials and strength optimization without cost increase

The challenge:

• Ensure that the cubesats operate as expected.
• Ensure that the cubseats do not negatively affect other cubesats or hardware during launch or in space.
• Cubesat meets all of the design specifications
